Our Carvery Menu (Hot or Cold)
Our Roast Joints Carvery Menus have been designed for hog roast lovers who perhaps are hosting a smaller party or for when a whole roasted pig is simply not required. Carved by our staff, served hot or cold, depending on your preference or season, and accompanied by a selection of salads, hot buttered potatoes and boutique breads etc. (see menus below for further details).
Included in the price are Staff to carve and serve for 2-3 hours, (from a Heated or Chilled carvery) with buffet tables, disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, (or if preferred, China plates and stainless steel cutlery are available to hire at an extra cost). This menu allows for a choice of two roast meats - Gloucester Roast Pork with either Lamb, Beef or Chicken.
