Welcome to the online site of Apex Catering. We are proud to be celebrating our 32nd anniversary in catering this year and wish to thank all our past clients for all their support. We are mainly based in South Wales and Southern England, and we have the expertise, knowledge and equipment to carry out all forms of Wedding, Party, Corporate, Themed and Historic Foods Catering.
Our Expertise in catering comes from arranging all types of events from Weddings, small VIP Lunches, to larger Works Events and even Fayres for over 30,000 people. Our Knowledge comes from the research we do to continually develop our ideas and recipes. Our Equipment is fully mobile, giving us the ability to setup virtually anywhere, and our dedicated staff will provide an excellent service: contact our event catering manager.
The Quality Of Our Food
The aim of Apex is simple: to provide fresh 'in season' local produce whenever possible. We grow much of the salad, herbs and vegetable crops ourselves on our OWN MARKET GARDEN FARM and the meat we use is sourced very locally, (by small-holder farms all known to us) and reared to exacting standards, with excellent welfare conditions. Your guests will certainly taste the difference with us.
