Our pistol of roast beef menu is ideal when a whole pig is not what you are after and the whole Ox is too much for the size of the event catered for. But this is no ordinary joint of beef, sometimes referred to as the pistola of beef cut, this is the entire hind quarter of an Ox, (to 3 ribs, where the best tasting beef is located) and roughly serving double the amout of people that a hog roast would. Within this menu option comes a full hind quarter of beef, roasted, carved and served, with English mustard, horseradish sauce and green salad, which is placed into rolls and baguetts. Disposable plates and napkins are included (or if preffered, China plates and stainless steel cutlery is available to hire at an extra cost). We can also provide extra salad options, extra joints of other types of meat and, if preferred, the rolls can be replaced with large, soft buns. Serving up to 200 people The Pistol Of Roast Beef Menu™ takes the strain out of hosting your wedding, party, or corporate event.
